Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce Membership Application Application for new membership in the Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce. Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce 2010 Scholarship Application Open to all 2009-2010 school year graduating students at Liberty Union High School as well as all high school graduating students whose employer or parent's are members of the BACC. There are two $750.00 scholarships available. Deadline for submitting the scholarship application is Friday, April 23, 2010.
